Production and Craft
- All of our items are individually crafted by hand, from scratch, and thus require time to complete. Upon purchase of, or payment for, a made-to-measure or custom item, you will be provided with a general timeline for length of production. Items are crafted as orders are placed, so if we are experience orders in high volumes we may be delayed in production. We try to give accurate timelines so that you know what to expect (and when to get excited!) If you would like to know the current wait for a specific item, please feel free to contact us with your inquiry.
- If you have a required date for your item, please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can assure your item can be completed and shipped to you by this date. If there is any issue with the timeline during production, you will be notified immediately.
Payments
- All items, custom and ready-made, must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
- Deposits may be put down on custom items, but production of custom items will not begin until item is paid for in full.
Returns & exchanges
- While we do not offer refunds, any ready-made item may be exchanged, in an unworn, unsoiled and undamaged condition, within 7 days of original purchase date. We do ask that you contact us immediately if you intend to return the item, so that we may discuss shipping/packaging methods for the item’s return. We will not accept unauthorized returns.
- All sale items are final sale only, and not eligible for return or exchange.
- All custom, made-to-measure or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange. However, in the case that you are unhappy with your purchase of a custom item, we will endeavor to find a solution to your complaint!
- In any case of return or exchange, buyer is responsible for any shipping or re-shipping charges, and all returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance.
- Please inspect your item immediately, upon receipt. In the event that an item is defective due to production or material defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will happily repair or substitute the item for free.

FAQs
- How do I clean my leather item?
- Most items can be cleaned gently with a damp cloth. If your item is crafted with any sort of suede, or flesh-side leather, please note that dampening it could cause discoloration. In the case of suede or flesh-side leather, it can be brushed with a soft brush to clean it.
- How do I condition/maintain my leather item?
- If your item needs to be suppled, or becomes dry, we recommend coating it very lightly in a high quality leather balm with only natural waxes, fats and oils. If you prefer to oil your leather, use avocado or high quality olive oil in very thin coats. Please note that all oiling and conditioning may darken leather.
- If you would like to recondition your item’s edges, you may rub beeswax or leather balm into the edges and then buff with a stiff rag or a hard edge, such as a chopstick or other smooth wooden object.
- Do you offer Discounts or Sales?
